Pricing questions
How does per-staff pricing work?
Pro is billed per active staff member in your organization. When you add or deactivate staff, your subscription quantity updates automatically, so you only ever pay for the team you actually roster.
What is the difference between annual and monthly billing?
Annual billing charges once per year at a discounted per-staff rate: $2.99 USD or EUR, or $3.99 AUD, per staff member per month. Monthly billing charges month to month at $3.99 USD or EUR, or $4.99 AUD, per staff member.
Which currencies do you support?
Prices are available in US dollars, Australian dollars, and euros. Checkout automatically charges the currency that matches your location.
Is there a minimum spend or setup fee?
No. There is no minimum staff count, no minimum invoice, and no setup fee. A team of six pays for six staff members.
What do I get in the free trial?
Every new account gets everything for 14 days: publishing to staff accounts, share links, email notifications, availability, timesheets, the time clock, reports, and AI Auto Roster. After the trial you keep building and printing rosters free, and Pro unlocks the rest.
What happens when my team grows past 5 staff?
The free plan covers up to 5 employees at 1 location. Once your team grows beyond that, you will be prompted to upgrade to Pro to keep managing everyone in one place.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
